Exhaust nuts

Hi,
I am in the process of replacing the front section of the exhaust
and am trying to determine the thread on the studs in the manifold.
The nuts on them are suspect, as was the way it was fitted, so I am
not sure about the thread. I think it is M10 x 1.0 but am not certain.
If anyone has the toyota parts discs running could you please look and
see if it gives the thread details, or just the part number. Thanks.

Sorry, it only gives the part number, not the thread size.
Don't forget a popular size on the 80s is 10 x 1.25 - could that be it?

Thanks. I know the 10 x 1.25 bit but can't get in to measure
properly, I will look at it again in the morning and apply some
common, that usually works.

Hi Clive
I cant help with the nut size sorry but was wondering where you are getting
the exhaust.
I have to replace my rear section and front and just wondered if anyone has
had experience of the Milner exhaust.
The Toyota one here is approx 175 euro plus VAT and the Milner one is ?80
plus VAT and shipping of ?13 for each piece.
So just curious as to the quality.
I had hoped to get the 3inch SS but it would have cost tooooo much when I
add on accomadation, ferry charges, Diesel used, eating out etc etc.
So I guess ill just have to keep with the crushed over rear axle tin exhaust
instead of the mandrel bent 3inch SS one, ah isn't life a b----.

I have just got a Milner exhaust, the same as last time, they are
OK. I hope you are not getting the whole exhaust for =A380 as I have
just paid =A360 for the front section. I think =A380 is the centre
saction, including the main box.

Now that would be a fine thing to get the whole exhaust for ?80 I wish.
No its just the rear section.
How long did you get out of the Milner one.
