Feeling Sore...

Just got back from a day laning in the peaks. Nice and snowy up there, bit icy too.

Had a little slip on the 1st lane, sheet ice. Landed on my back quite hard on a cricket ball sized stone firmly stuck in the ice. Just got home and checked the bruising, seems it hit just 1 1/2" to the right of my spine... That might have hurt a little more!

Silly little mistake could've cost me a bit, be careful chaps.

I'm off to put some screws in the bottom of my boots.
