Front Difflock

Ceased to engage after a day in the woods and snow. It has been faultless up to yesterday. I had previously refurbished the rear, is the front much different. Is there a guide link anywhere. It might just be the wiring got a clack but does not look like it. Advice would be appreciated

The front isn't very user serviceable John. More likely to break if you take it apart. One thing that happens is the 4 magnets in the top hat come unglued. Gluing them back in works. BUT if you remove the cap, do it so that you can catch the magnets in position. (north - south etc) or you'll be forever trying to work it out.

Take it off, leave it connected and throw the switch. See what happens.
