I'm Shane Sypherd I have a 1964 FJ40. It has a top from a later 60's model I picked up in Colorado and painted, a 4 speed on the floor from a mid 70's model, and a 5.7 liter Chevy 350 from the early 90's. Disk brake conversion all around and 35 inch tires. Had it for about a year now and have done a bit of modifying in my spare time.

Nice 40 you have there. Looks much better as an open top.

What's the brake conversion for that? (because when I finally get one I need to know )

5.7 liter Chevy 350, a slight modification if there ever was! Excellent!!

Welcome Shane. That's a cracking looking truck you've got there. It does look good in open top mode and looks much healthier than the grey 80 in the yard.
