Hi all LC5 2005 some advice please

Hi we have a Toyota LC5 2005 from new and have restarted using him. Just had wheels done, partial re spray. New number plates tyres and a well care check. Everything rickety boo apart from our 6 disc CD changer. Loaded the discs put it in the slot in the glove box nothing it keeps saying no disc. We now can get it out. Any thoughts we are thinking no power. We welcome any thoughts.
plus the sat nav over estimates journey times assuming it’s learned something. can you reset it, is it just taking CD out and in again or buying a up to date CD. Ours is 10 years old.
