High beam naff!

mine gave up the ghost last night .fuses ok ! Now the main beam light on the dash does not come on .Is this because the steering colum switch is us or does it only come on if the main head lamp relay is working ?? if so then relay is naff .there is 12v to the relay connection on 2 connections the relay does go click 1994 model
any thoughts??

If the headlight's work my money would be a blown bulb in the dash.

Sorry havent made my self clear!
dip beam works. High beam does not. high beam light on dash does not work .
high beam relay clicks when high beam is asked for.
so is it the steering column stalk or the relay ??does the dash light work by its self or does it come from the relay?
Headlight Bulbs seem ok as there are four main beam and would four all go at once?

If it's a UK model, then your relay is goosed. Take it apart and clean it up, or splash out at the dealer

I had this problem a few weeks ago. take out the relay, prise off the plastic cover and bend the contacts out and replace. should be good as new..
