Hi - glad to join the list. My name's John McCartney, I live 15 miles NW of
Norwich in Norfolk, England, in an area where it's pretty useful to have a
4WD in Winter (the snow plough never gets near us). For the last two and a
half years I've owned a 1994 Landcruiser 2, 3.0 litre turbodiesel, SWB with
100k on the clock, which I love like anything.
I'm a retired (early) teacher of Design, aged 57 (but still 19 inside).
Before the TLC I had three 4WD Suzukis and i used to compete occasionally in
trials with the Suffolk 4x4 Club.
On the oil change topic that I've seen today, Machine Mart does an excellent
hand oil pump for about ?9 which I use to fill gearbox, transfer box and
axles. Worth a punt, I reckon.

Hi John,
Welcome aboard.
I've tried their oil suction gun/syringe, but found it dribble everywhere -
which one are you referring to?
