It quite strange but I was hearing a strange sound in the left rear tyre.

When I opened it up I tracked the problem to the brake and found out that the inner pad is completely worn out and the other side has not touched the disk.

I found a clip wedged between the caliper and the brake which seemed to be the source of the problem.

I need to get a set of brake pads and toyota wants to charge me 90.00 for a set.

Does any one know where to get a set from asap.

Cheers

if the slide pin assembly moving freely? Seized or stiff slide pins can also be the cause of single pad wear.

Roughtrax do genuine Toyota pads for £44.00 or pattern for £16.00.

Delivery is 1-2 days.

Edit: Oops, just realised you're in Kenya, delivery might be a bit optimistic & probably more expensive!

Nav is (or was) UK based - I think he just needs to update his location

I bought EBC this time round. Seem fine. Good delivery.
