OK limited appeal this topic but some will know what I mean. Reading the boards today it is clear that Rob Birnie had resigned from Planet Rock. He was absolutely the best presenter on there and probably best on any station anywhere. Just after I had signed up to the advert free HD streaming service too. &£$@*&&!!!!! Already his loss is being heard. They have just had someone read out the music news. Jeez it was pathetic. It seems that Rob has become increasingly brassed off with the management of the station and the direction that it is taking.
Still got some fantastic stuff on there - great comps, fab interviews, superb guest presenters. Alice Cooper, Joe Elliott, Joe Bonamassa and others.
Ahh well, back to itunes I guess.
