When you take the body off there are 2 extra bolts, shown in your picture on the cross member above the rear axle, that are easy to miss and you'll need to remove those as well 
Not sure what their purpose is as the heads normaly sit in free space within a box section but I discovered them doing my body lift and they're not shown in any Toyota publications I've seen. Access is from inside, just behind the rear seats under litle plastic panels.
