Had anyone any experience of these?

Having ordered and paid an item 11 days ago I get one email 7 days later to tell me its being processed, send a message back asking for delivery date/ details no reply. On the phone get a message will try to get back to you within 24 hours.

Is this normal practice? Is it just me or has customer service gone down the pan?

Never had issue like that from TBR , but not bought anything from them for a few years
Have you tried emailing Louise Haidar directly ? Assuming she still works At TBR U.K.

Had no issues Andy having bought my Batwing Awning from them.

Had an email the other day from Louise regarding replacing the damaged bag.

My emails are replied back with 48hrs so I think somethings wrong somewhere.
