Jon at Tyrereviews has conducted a test of 5 AT tyres.
Couple of things interested me, one of which was the tread depth of the Falken Wildpeak AT4W (which i haven't yet seen for sale from the usual sources), i wonder if the quoted new tread of 14.6mm is a misprint, i believe the previous (current) version AT3 has around 11mm, 14.6 is getting on towards full size truck drive axle depth.

But the real reason for this post is the Khumo Road Venture AT52 which scores pretty well in all fields except surprisingly straight aquaplaning, but described as very good in the wet with best wet braking and handling of the group, though rated an official D rating for wet grip, odd.
Standard 120 series size 265/65 17 are a very reasonable £88 each on Camskill, plus whatever they're currently charging postage, thats quite a bargain and with 12mm new tread to boot.

Has anyone tried these Khumos perchance.
I'm ok till next year just keeping an eye open as to what's out there that might be worth having, the Falken AT3 were cheap as chips 3 or so years ago but getting pricey now, wouldn't have minded trying a set but blowed if i'm paying the prices being asked for some of the usual stuff, BFG's up around £250 a pop now.

Camskill are still the best prices (remember postage charges have risen since i last bought from them) but its still worth checking Oponeo Mytyres Tyreleader too.

I would be interested too as they seem really quite good value. I noticed that those folks on 4wd24/7 in one of their latest vids have got them on the cheap Colorado. Seem to stand up to the punishment that they are putting them through. BFG’s are crazy now, my first set I think we4@re about 150 each for a 285 75 16. Now they’re heading for 250/280.

I seem to remember BFG's are one of the only AT tyres with a proper winter rating ....
Loads of chunky tread does not mean it's a good tyre in winter conditions or snow.... I've done more than a few unplanned 360's in a 10 ton 375 hp tractor in the snow ..... tractor tyres are actually pretty crap in snow and ice .

That was the case some years ago Grimbo, but these days many AT's have the correct winter rating snowflake/mountain stamp.
Yoko GO15 and the new 18, the Kumho 52s as mentioned in the OP, Falken Wildpeak and the new Vredestein ATs, i've seen several others too.

Good to know...... I'm looking at getting my OE wheels refurbed and putting some 275 /70 / 16 AT's on them for general running about ... keeping my steel wheels with more MT types on them for playing ..... I didn't like the price of BFG's when I looked ..... but wanted winter capable tyre's

Checked the mrs tyres earlier today and it left me wondering when i bought the Toyo open country MT , they were on my 90 , and then my 80 and must be over 2 years on her truck .

They look a year old !

For budget RoadX RX Quest looks interesting
