150 series, looks a bargain

2013 3.0 litre LC4 150 series, circa 69k miles @£15750.
Is this right cos its seems cheap to me, too good to be true or have prices peaked and dropping?

Pretty sure even the next facelift still had the 3.0 litre lump, have it in mind 2016 is when the 2.8 started appearing.
