Ok, we seem to be getting somewhere. Two further drawing tweaks on the door but got the frame perfect on version 3 [emoji3][emoji3][emoji28]

First door punched from ally and mocked up

Got the frame fitted, I've taken the window out so many times I can do it in a couple of minutes now and put the frame back even quicker.

Door version 4 being punched…

Got the hinge strip welded onto the frame and the hinges and door fitted. Now for the window rubber.

Drop the rear corner in then the front

Pull the rope around the rubber on the inside and give it a push and it's in in about 5 minutes.

I made the catches depress on the seal to save any wear or rattling.

Got the dust seal fitted round the edge and boy does it stick like…well, you know.

Good size aperture.

And sitting just back from flush with the truck body. Just as I wanted it.
As you may have noticed it is in Aircraft finish, that's cos I've got to fashion some brackets for the gas strut and get them welded on. Then… off to the paint shop, or maybe wet spray in my garage for the first one as I have some Acid Etch primer.
Pretty pleased with them so far am I. [emoji6][emoji3][emoji3]
