Army Modular Tent- a good deal or not?

I stumbled across these and to me it seemed like a good deal but wondering if anybody has one, used one or knows anything about them. They even have a stove pipe flap in the roof...

These things are very heavy and bulky. Also, i guess this is for a single unit, price is good if you are going to trailer it around.

Can't figure out the weight but by looking at it, it looks heavy and bulky. Gonna be good if you have plenty of room for it. Looks gonna takes more time too to build.
