Told by dealer today that Toyota no longer do a hands free kit for the 120 LC4. He is arranging a third party fitter to come round and install one instead. Does this sound right? He also had carpet mats and not the rubber ones I had asked for.

Well my 120 came with carpet mats from new, so I think that's normal. As for hands free it was never a option on my 55 plate LC4, so I had a Parrot kit installed. Good bit of kit.

This is the kit I fitted in mine, it took about 2-3 hours to fit as I had not pulled the dash apart before, on the upside it's a proper job and works well

Going for a simple Parrot kit.

Parrots are excellent. Had them in several cars now (I used the CK3100 kit). Responds well to voice commands, clear audio and easy to use.
