Dash lights

Hi probably wrong section but best place for a quick answer!! When I started driving this morning the vsc trc and vsc off lights came on when I braked, then went out after a few seconds. This happened 3 times when braking but hasn't done it since.

Could this be a dirty or failing abs sensor? Thanks for any help

If the lights have been on then there should be a fault code stored for you to retrieve and get a clue what was upsetting it

Thanks Jon ,will the code stay on for long? It hasn't happened since this morning.

I don't know the exact logic behind saving the codes but I think they'll stay until the battery is disconnected or some sort of reset is performed if the FSM gives details of doing that.
