After getting the bumper primed up, I was very keen to get the top coat on it. BUT I had an accident with my planer thicknesser. I cut the side off my finger as it went into the blade/drum!!
(F##kin very painfull!!) Not advisable and now have more respect to the machine! Lol
I have made a result regarding having a 12v winch. I did some research and got to the main supplier of Warrior winches, formerly Champion winches.

The company are called Winch Solutions and they have the 12000lb 24v motor setup straight off the shelf.

Its a very straight forward job to change it over.

Its all about working out the best solution to a problem
But am pleased to have sorted this one out!
This weekend have also ploughed on with getting the top coat done to the bumper too.

Well happy with the satin black finish.

Will leave the paint to harden before rushing and fitting it.
Theres a couple of inperfections but frankly, its going to be covered with mud lol
