After seeing Warren's post about washing the underside of the car, I remembered seeing this at B&Q.

Might be ok, might be a gimmick. Only issue I can see with it that the jet might dissipate too much with the height of the LC and might just end up as a gentle mist against your LC's bits. A bit like the Japanese toilets...

But it is expensive.

I think i have found a truck wash in Slough and will give them a call tomorrow to ask if they would do my car. They have de greaser and warm water as well as some poor chap getting min wage an hour in a plastic boiler suit and goggles under the ramp to do the job.

Just need to get a sence as to how "rough" they will be as washing a trucks underside and my car is a little different.

Very fancy.
For the last 8 years, I've use a simple bent lance for underbody cleaning. It has an angle of about 120-135 degrees and is excellent for the whole underside and the wheel arches. Nice and simple that one. interesting though for £100 you get the wheels (skateboard wheels?) and a small bracket. Says the lance is not included.
