Key learning for the 120

I came across these on YouTube which appears to show how you can programme 1,2 and 3 keys from master. I don't fully understand it as the Guy has a gizmo he plugs in under the glove box but hope others in the know can add to the post so we can get to the full solution of programming additional keys.
