Leak identification

Whilst under the car today I noticed a small leak/damp spot and wanted to ask for opinions/advice.

Here is a pic of where the leak is situated

and here is a close up

I am 99% sure its associated to the AC as the liquid is green in colour but wanted to ask if anyone knows what is under the plastic cap tht it seems to be leaking from. My hope is that its just an old O-ring or washer that is gone.

Assuming the leak on only on the bottom of the drier on that side the chances are it should be easy to replace the seal - the pain is removing the gas and then re-gassing.

Thanks Julian Ill have another look at my FSM and see how it all comes apart and then get it de-gassed.
