Catering will be provided by Nike Explorer Scouts from 1st Chipping Sodbury Scout Group again. All proceeds go toward funding for the Explorer Unit to buy equipment and run trips/camps and activities.
Friday Eve:
Chilli with Rice £5
Saturday Eve:
Hog Roast £10
Bread Roll, Stuffing, Apple sauce, Jacket potato, Salads.
Served all day:
Beef Burger £3.00
Bacon Roll £3.00
Bacon & Sausage Roll £3.50
Bacon, Sausage & Egg Roll £4.00
Full Breakfast £5.00
Bacon, Sausage, Beans, Egg, Hash Browns, Grilled Tomatoes and Mushrooms.
Extra Items:
Hash Browns 80p
Egg 50p
Bacon 50p
Sausage 50p
Cheese 50p
Beverages:
Tea or Coffee 50p
Cans £1.00
Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Dr Pepper.
Snacks:
Mars Bar 60p
Snickers 60p
Twix 60p
Yorkie 70p
Crisps 50p
Ready Salted, Salt & Vinegar, Cheese & Onion, Prawn Cocktail, Worcester Sauce.
Just so no one thinks we are being a bit sneaky here I admit the prices have gone up. We had several people (including Crispin) tell us at the last event that the prices were too cheap as everyone know the proceeds were going to our charity. If you think the prices have become unreasonable and will put you off purchasing food please please please say so as I dont want to put anyone off or come across and greedy or unreasonable.
Payment for food is to the Explorer Scouts on the day. Friday and Sunday Evening meals are to be confirmed (watch the Lincomb thread on the forum) but are likely to be along the lines of Chilli, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Stew/casserole etc.
Please keep this thread for the requests below only, if you have any questions or suggestions please either PM me or post in the main Lincomb thread. Thanks
We need to get an idea of numbers for each meal so we can do the shopping so please copy and paste the section below into a new post and fill in the relevant boxes. Thanks
I will be getting the numbers for the hog roast from Tony/Ian so dont worry that that option isnt included in the catering thread, Im assuming everyone present on Saturday wants pig
FYI: the "all day menu" option just means are you likely to want something from the all day menu at some point during the day (eg. a burger).
