it came with 4 o rings, one was fitted to the shower head, the rest i take it were spares, as the outlet is quick release, the water was running out of the bottom, near the back, no sign off any water from the front.
the seller asked me if the leaking water was hot or cold, i said why, was there any history i should know about, obviously he said no but my answer would narrow the cause down.
its a pain really, means i cant get on with the kitchen until the new unit is returned.

Oh. Not much I can say about that. The only bit that leaked on mine was the water inlet connection. I'd lost the O ring from there and struggled to seal it. I found a packet of replacements in the Plumb Centre and now have plenty in the bag.
