Ive got a lwb colorado and have just done loads of work to engine,new head,rad,thermostat,waterpump,cam belt,heater plugs etc and now its time to turn to the outside,I am going to remove bumpers and plastic mouldings on doors etc but have no idea how they are secured,any ideas before i scrape it down a low wall and knock them off

All the body mounting clip in place, for the front you may have to undo the mud flap first before yanking it out. They do come out easy. The front Bumper has some clips on the top (grill has to be removed) and three screws thats attached onto the chassis below, as well as a screw either side of the corner where it meets the side panels.

I haven't removed the rear Bumper so I'm not too sure but I've seen clips on the front flat face (door needs to be oppened) and I'm sure they'll be some screws underneath as well. You'll also need to disconnect any wiring for the rear lights, same goes for the front if you've got fogs. Oh and also the headlamp washers.
