Really?

Someone on FB forum has said he can't wait to recieve the green V6 Collie from Valley 4x4. I just bet he can't. I viewed it 3-4 weeks ago, what a mess.
How bad was it? The underside looks a bit crusty and the interior is rough. Anything else going on?

Unless I'm mistaken this 80 went from private listing with a realistic starting price on eBay to 19 grand on Autotrader within the space of a few hours today.

Is that all he can muster up, One photo, Its got £4995 written all over it..... I do remember it on ebay
 
He needs to mark it up substantially to cover all the work required on the last failed MOT

Wow.... for anyone who can't be arsed looking at MOT check, I'll share:

Do not drive until repaired (dangerous defects):​

  • Brake load sensing valve seized and ABS not fitted or inoperative (1.1.17 (c) (ii))

Repair immediately (major defects):​

  • Brake hydraulic reservoir fluid level significantly below minimum level (1.1.10 (d) (ii))
  • Exhaust has a major leak of exhaust gases front pipe (6.1.2 (a))
  • Offside Rear Integral body structure or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of a body mounting (6.2.2 (d) (i))
  • Nearside Rear Integral body structure or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of a body mounting outer sill (6.2.2 (d) (i))
  • Offside Rear Integral body structure or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of a body mounting sill back (6.2.2 (d) (i))
  • Offside Rear Integral body structure or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of a body mounting outer sill (6.2.2 (d) (i))
  • Nearside Rear Seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significantly reduced inner arch corroded (7.1.1 (a) (i))
  • Offside Rear Seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significantly reduced inner arch corroded (7.1.1 (a) (i))
  • Brake pipe excessively corroded both front to rear brake pipes (1.1.11 (c))
  • Nearside Rear Brake pipe excessively corroded (1.1.11 (c))
  • Offside Rear Brake pipe excessively corroded (1.1.11 (c))
  • Nearside Front Wheel bearing has excessive play (5.1.3 (a) (i))
  • Offside Front Wheel bearing has excessive play (5.1.3 (a) (i))
  • Emissions not tested due to major leak from exhaust front pipe. (8.2.2.2 (e))

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):​

  • slight leak from steering damper.
  • Front Brake pad(s) wearing thin (1.1.13 (a) (ii))
  • Nearside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e))
 
Dave, I wonder if mot station let it be driven away. I thought with dangerous or unroadworthy vehicles, they were supposed to hold it there until transported away and charge storage as seen fit.

Higgy, it depends where you buy it, hmmmm.....?.
