Hi y'all
I've decided to sell my Trusty Steed (used to be).
I've checked Autotrader and have decided to sell and invest the monies gained thereoff into another Trusty Steed, about 1992 in age (yes, I know, I can't resist the 'call of the wild').
The lowest price today (so far) is £2,995.
I've been thinking a lot about this and this decision hasn't been arrived at without a lot of soul-searching and heart-stuff, but I have decided now because it is apparent that the gearbox has failed having checked out all other options re CVs, prop and drive shafts, torque, breaksnagging, etc., everything.
I'm actually comparatively chilled about it and it does make economic sense to go down this route.
I'm thinking of retaining the front bull bar though, because i canhave that put onto the newer model, and will consider (when I've bought another) a snorkel and a stainless steel exhaust setup.
I'm happy with my decision.
So, if there is anyone out there who is interested in acquiring the Beast for spare parts, than please contact me on 07763 668896, email [email protected].
Any sensible offers will be considered.
So do please contact me.
Cheers
Renate
