My fix for any windows 10 problem is to restore to factory settings - erase everything . Then spend a full day switching off anything "helpful" that can't be deleted , scream at the computer I DON'T WANT YOUR *&(&(&*(&*0(&^*( UPDATES ! .

And my printer will work again for a month or 2 until the dictator scum find and fix the problem
