Just made a big switch, Ive been a green oval fan for many years, but have decided to see how the other half live. My 1997 80 GX Limited arrives this weekend. Fully loaded with tent, awning, 120l water tank, long range fuel tank, STTs, Arb locker and drawer system with fridge, I can feel a safari coming on. Will post pics when the excitement of looking her over has died down.

Welcome - fellow ex-LR owner. My experience there are pros and cons - in the UK LR stuff is easy to source and cheap, great if you like tinkering and modifying. But the 80 series Cruiser just goes, and goes, and goes... haven't so much as lifted the bonnet in more than 6 months - certainly wouldn't have been in that position with a Landy. Have fun!!!!
