Hello chums. Any idea why the user map isn't working like it used to? I really need to find an independent 80 inspector near Tunbridge Wells.

When I click it, I just get a white, blank page.
I don't think it's snow.

Chris.

With the given error it looks like the database configuration needs to be updated. So an admin job.

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user ''@'' (using password: YES) in /var/www/vhosts/landcruiserclub.net/httpdocs/userloc.php on line 29 Warning: mysql_error() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /var/www/vhosts/landcruiserclub.net/httpdocs/userloc.php on line 32 Could not connect

Blimey Grant. I'm impressed. I only got an empty page. I gather from that it's broken.

Oh Crispin ......

Lol - not sure why you did get a blank page. could be just the browser you use. No special tricks here to get the error coming up!

Now you see, you could have kept that quiet.

It's a Windows thing. Mac users aren't allowed to see that sort of stuff - it just confuses them

Note I said 'Mac' not iThing

The iThing knows nothing about the user map when using Crapatalk

i am useing IE9

All fixed. The update has run as well so there are some new pointers.
I'll fix the little popups as well to show the proper profile pic.

If you don't yet have a proper "location" in your profile, add one so we can see you pop up on the map :)
It does not have to be your address, something which google can understand as an address, town, city etc.

Thank you Mr Crispin. Very kind Sir.

Chris

Erm, except I still only see a white page. I bet this is some daft browser thing.

I can't save a profile picture for the map. I get a server reset the connection every time I save the new settings.

Urm, not sure Chris. Working on the browsers I have here. Maybe clear the cache. No idea how to do that on a mac. Right click?

Send me the URL (or email the pic) for the pic you want Marius. I've just saved your profile and it works fine. Could be the pic or you need to put another 50p in the Internet meter.

User Map works for me too, ie 9

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where can we access the user map? I remember we used to have a 'see me on a map' link but I've got nothing like that now.
