Here is a couple of pictures of my on going project.
I intend it to become my daily driver.

I Have shortened the width of the body by 8 inches

I went for a MOT and got 3 pages of jobs to do.
The rear of the front spring hanger had come loose on the chassis which in turn
had worn the bushes. So refit spring hanger, new bushes and greaseable shackles and pins.

Badger looks pretty good. The bodywork looks ok in the photos. Are your 3 pages mostly mechanical? Tell us more about it... how long you've had it, etc. The bar on the front looks a little Australian... Which engine does it have? 4.0 litre?

Regards

Crook lock is kinda redundant with the wheels and suspension off it though

Love these old school trucks though - build up should be interesting.

Cheers Darren would not have been able to do this with out your help.
Dave, good point well made:lol:
Badger is a Australian import, 4 litre straight 6, with just under 500,000 Kms. Which I have owned since June 12.

On the Interior Shot I should have mentioned that I had to strip out and free off the wiper linkage.
New anti roll bar bushes.

I have replaced all the track rod ends and the steering idler.

Sent the seats off to be recovered.

Just got the seats back and they look fantastic, will get some pictures up.
Also got some fittings so I could pump grease into the front hubs, there not leaking yet!
Landcruiser055.jpg

Other jobs include, 2 new mirrors, recon servo, electrical faults, adjust front wheel bearings, rebuild free wheel hubs,
renew front metal and rear flexible brake hoses, 2 front Tyres.

That just leaves the welding to do
