my little kid brother in law is going to come along with me; he's trained as a professional chef, and has worked a few years in various places around London. Just need to now pick him up from west london on the friday am and get him to a place we can buy in some meat and supplies!

That sounds about right for us Lund. Will certainly be going up the A34 but might take the back road over Portsdown hill to cut the corner and the M3 out depending on traffic as it seems to be a better route.

we'll take the M3 to Winchester and the on to A34. What time do you think you will be on your way, fancy a convoy?

If it takes you 1/2 hr (guessing here) to get to the A34 turn, that's about an hour to an hour and ten minutes via the motorway for us and a bit more by the back road. We will almost certainly stop at Sutton Scotney services for a comfort break so will aim for 2-30 to 2-45 there. If we pick up before then all well and good. Could be on CB if you have one?

Sounds good about the same time we we're planning on leaving. we're in Upper Bassett at the beginning of the M3, takes us about 20 min to SS. No CB unfortunately (i've got one in the boat but not ripping it out

On the ferry to wales ,going to be working in uk for a few weeks and brought the cruiser.. Whats the latest on space if i could geta chance down on saturday or will it be too mental. Justvseen a massive overland truck boarding the ferry. Not sure if he thought he was in iceland or ireland but looks pretty cool. Maybe hes heading to the show...

If you can, do come along. If we cant jostle around and make some space on the club pitch.. i am sure there will be common pitch space nearby. You can juat park up and come join us at the club pitch for the social bit.

So you will need a thick walled tube, the only one I would have like that would be a bit of scaf tube., I'll check in the morning
