so, both these came on today!!
I have drained off the water from the sedimenter. While I was there I had a good fumble round in the dark ('cos I couldn't find my torch!) and found a rubber cap like thing on the top floating around which I presumed should be attached to the top of the sedimenter so I have refitted that as best I can blind. Is this not being attached likely to have caused the sedimenter to fill with water? Drove 200 miles yesterday in heavy rain.
Do I now need to prime the fuel system?
Also, at the same time (first start up this morning) the battery charge light came on. The dash voltmeter is reading a good output (above halfway) and the belts are tight. any ideas?
cheers
