Ironman Rear Shocks (possibly other makes)

Are the rear shocks on the 90 left or right specific? Or are they identical?

Also, when fitting these there are 2 domed washers and 2 bushes that fit on the top - is the very top washer (the last to go on before the nut) supposed to be fitted with the domed side up or down? Mine have been fitted down, but I would have fitted it the other way round.

When I replaced shocks last year the bushes were dome side down, that's on the standard part from Mr.T though.
