Popped in for half a day today, was nice to meet up with some old and some new faces. Weather was good and so was the fun.

Our first Lincomb meet and we had a great time! (Even though we had to leave a little abruptly- apologies for not saying our farewells )

It was good to join a few faces and names.....and see so many LCs in action.

EDIT : Pics added - haven't got any of my own "action" pics, but here are a couple.......

Amazing how the camera makes a decent that was tricky even on foot, look like a gentle incline!

The slope in that second photo looks fairly innocuous, but there was 0% grip, just standing up was difficult.

I also had to leave early (was only there 3 hours!) as I had to be available for work in the evening, annoyingly havent been called (yet!). The drive home was interesting, with about 3kg of red concrete on each wheel.

Next year I will be there for the whole thing!

Nice to meet a few people, oddly kept introducing myself in a formal manner as Peter Keane, which only my mother calls me!
