LJ 78 Owner from England

Hi my name is Colin and I own 1992 LJ78 2.4. Owned her about 6 years now with very few problems apart from normal servicing. She has covered about 160,000k and was owned by a guy who travelled between Spain and Manchester every couple of months, and yes he had the head gasket changed + T/B kit. Had L/Rovers(v8 + LWB with 3 litre P5 eng) but you get fed up repairing them all the time. The LJ78 is deffo not the fastest thing on the road but always gets there and never gets stuck. I live next to the biggest car park in the UK, Dartford Bridge on the M25, lucky me.
