This topic is under the 80 section but in desperation I am searching for a really clear exploded diagram of the gearbox. The syncro hubs and rings are not shown clearly on my diagrams and are handed; also the way the hubs go onto their shafts. uHu?? Presumably a manual 100 would have the same 'box?

Assuming your box is the same as the 80 series yes it is.
The books are "RM184E" and "RM315E" so if you google downloads for these you will probably find them. I think they are on MUD site. Jon Wildsmith sent me the links twice so I daren't ask him again but he might be listening............
These are very easy boxes to work on but you will need a press and some simple pullers. If you do a realy proper job it is best to buy the complete range of snap ring thicknesses so you can select the right one. Also glaze bust the steel syncro cones so the new bronze ones will bed in properly.

The above coments assume the 105 box is the sma as the 80 box.
