Salisbury Plain?

It was still getting deeper at that point! Andrew P was in the car with me, I don't recall any major concerns - I think we were laughing too much.

Ian

Two comments in my defence - 1) it wasn't my car  and 2) I was too busy worrying about getting seasick in the HMS Cruiser, which wasn't the most stable when it floated, to be worrying about the water level and the snorkel intake

BTW I am still trying to download the video, Ian - software issues

So have we agreed a time yet? And would anyone object if I brought my 8 and 9 year old boys with? With a bit of effort I am sure that they could "break" Ian Rubie's LC

Guess time is up to Paul as it's his idea for breakfast ;)

If the norm was 9:30-10:00, then 9:00 onwards? Earlier (Don't mind earlier)

Paul, you mentioned on the last, failed trip, you wanted to bring your nephew?

I think 9 should be ok, should have plenty of time, just need to wait on Tommo for the latest Plain use update.
Not bringing my nephew this time, its the girlfriend instead

More people who turn up the better i think

There is something wrong with you bringing his girlfriend and leaving him behind...

You have to admit...it was funny though

I'll give Tommo a kick as he hasn't told me owt yet.

9 is good for me,

Just a word for those travelling from the West the A303 is closed at Mere with long diversions so you will need to add a little time for the diversions.

Steve

You can count me in for almost any date please.

Brilliant.

Any news on activities on the plain that day?

Alright folks, sorry for the delay.

This weekend the whole of the plain will be out of bounds with live firing excersises on all four parts.

On the 27/28 there is an excersise going on in the North and West areas but so far no sign of live firing.
Without the live firing the whole plain will be useable but with it, only the South and East will be open.
Having said that, the East is very large with loads of lanes.

Tommo says sorry for the delay but he has had a lot on and his computer is still FUBAR.
