TLC HJ61 total reconditioning

Good move there, the old one is just scrap.
 
Installed the grill and and headlamp doors. I will schedule for the bleeding of the brake and clutch system tomorrow.

Looking good Oding. One thing if I may be so bold that I might do if it were mine is to paint in the heads of the coach bolts to match the background black. I don't know if it's the photos but they do stand out rather a lot.

Test drive to adjust brakes and clutch. Check if all under chassis components are in good working condition. Then back to install more. A/C, sound system, drawers, LED bars, etc. Hope to be all done in a week.

I decided to install the speakers today. The power steering has a leak and I need to check it before the damage gets more serious.

I had to crawl and lie on my back so I can organize the wiring harness behind the dashboard. It was like solving a puzzle trying to squeeze in as many in a tight space. finally got it.

Installed the A/C condenser with fan, blower and evaporator. Laid out the primary and secondary tubes.

I got the windshield buffed clean from dirt before installing the tints. Also had a chance to install the instrument panel and the glove compartment.
