TLC HJ61 total reconditioning

Windshield installation was a challenge. Took me 5 tries before I finally got it right.

The A/C evaporator and blower arrived from the US. It is a used one and hopefully everything turns well. The blower still works. I still have to do a leak test on the evaporator.

Good progress!!
I remember getting my fuel tank in, after the body was installed, and the stabilizer brackets were welded to the chassis...... that was a challenge, and made me end up repainting a lot of scratches :icon-biggrin:

Keep it up Oding!

Took the evaporator housing apart for cleaning. It does have a few cracks.

Dropped a wrench inside the fender wall while installing the snorkel. I could not see from the outside so I took a picture. Gotcha.

I will be using an engine leveler so I can install the winch with ease.
