I did the ones on Fiery and it certainly made the steering more responsive, but there was still something about it that wasn't right. It was only rescently that someone mentioned to me that I could have play in the inner track rod ends (under the steering rack gaitors) it wasn't untill I removed the gaitors that the problem was obviouse. The steering rack was shot to bits! There was so much play in the pistons on each end of the rack that when the steering came to the limit of its travel the steering rack piston would crank up around 10 degrees or so and then let by a little oil! Not enough to leak from the gaitor hence it going un-noticed for so long. It was cheaper to remove my rack and have it stripped, serviced/refurbished and returned to me rather than buy an exchange one from Milners, so I did this. Its worth a check if you can feel play in the steering
