We are finally off to Morocco tomorrow, gave the LC a pre trip polish this afternoon and she's looking good to go.

Might be meeting up with Graham on Sunday evening to show him a few routes.

All the best, Paul! Keep an eye on the trucks behind you :o

Your cruiser is looking great! I take it from the absence of a RTT that you're ground camping?

Cheers,

There was a post a while back about the double bed he had fitted to the rear of the 'cruiser. Comfy...

 Gotcha!
Not at my brightest this morning after a rather irresponsible night out last night

Full size double bed..... one has to have ones comforts :D

Being motorcyclists we are used to traveling light but, those draws are huge and there is still loads of room under the front of the bed.

See you next month.

Once you have slept inside, it very hard to contemplate roughing it again with any tent

I've upgraded to a double as well.

polishing ? whats that ? you obviously have too much time on your hands or some sort of "condition"

Well what an interesting trip that was, got back 00:30 this morning after an 880 mile 18 hour stint.

The Land Rover TD5 we were with suffered a failing U/J joint and a lost hub bearing cap, the cap was repaired with a shampoo bottle top and the U/J was replaced in Zagora.

The Land Cruiser..... oh dear, it seems the alleged OEM replacement radiator I brought off eBay could not cope with the 57 (yes 57) degree heat of the desert, she was drinking a liter of water every 100 miles :(

Pictures and trip report to follow

Oh and has anyone seen Lord Lucan... after arranging to meet him in Meknes and exchanging many texts, he vanished without trace :o

Welcome back. Was wondering how you got on. Would be interested to know what you think of the trip as compared to doing it on a bike (if I remember correctly you have been on a bike a few times)....

Sounds like you have a few interesting stories....

Welcome back! Waiting for pics

Oh my god,

How did I look the date.
I have been 100% sure it was a Sunday run out

I even spent the day putting my muddies on.
I went out and bought a new gas stove, for hot tea, and sausages,
I got the pallet wrap ready for the overgrown lanes.

I even got back from the pub early, because it 'will be an early start in the morning'

Now my gf if falling off the chair laughing.

Graham

;)

Anyway, PICS PICS AND PICS please.
