Replacement interior door panel...

I don't know what you call it but it's the interior trim panel that you rest your driving arm on, when the window's open.
Mine's toast due to UV damage.
I wont bother calling Mr.T 'cause it'll be silly money.
Any ideas on price and availability elsewhere?
